Believing the sustainability of supply-chain, Ray is mainly in charge of supply-chain engagement at China Blue, coordinating and developing partnerships with seafood suppliers and buyers. He managed supply-chain analysis and stakeholder engagement for iFISH, AIPs and FIPs. He provides sustainability consultation for fishery and aquaculture industry associations and companies, e.g. advising Hainan Tilapia Sustainability Alliance to develop pro-sustainability marketing strategy. Ray earned his B.S. in Aquaculture from Guangdong Ocean University, and M.S. in Sustainable Aquaculture at University of Stirling, UK.
